Ryan is one of our owners and a multi-talented instructor and recording engineer. Whether it’s drum lessons, bass guitar lessons or recording lessons, his students all agree…they love their teacher! He is also a mentor in our Rock Band program. He began playing drums and bass at 9 years old under the careful instruction of his dad (a killer musician and a great producer). He graduated from SAE Institute in Nashville, TN with a degree in recording arts, and worked on Music Row before returning to Indianapolis to start The Launch Pad. He has shared the stage with well known worship leaders, blues musicians, and a laundry list of local indie and rock groups. As an instructor, he reaches students by focusing on their own goals and offering consistent encouragement.
